To order an item simply click on the 'Add to basket' button located by its description to add it to your Basket. You can use the 'View Basket' button to review the contents of your basket and to amend incorrectly chosen products. When you are happy with your selection click on the 'Checkout' button.
Follow the instructions from PayPal secure server and your order will be sent to us. We will contact you by e-mail to confirm your order within 24 hours.
Items that are in stock will be despatched within 48 hrs, once full payment has been received.
Some of the items presented on this website are custom made to order, and we aim to despatch them within 10 working days, once full payment has been received.
At busy periods such as Christmas it might take a little longer. In this case, however, you will be contacted to discuss delivery.
Most 'made to order' items will be despatched within 7 working days. If the order is urgent please inform us and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
In the case of the dichroic range please note that because of the nature of the dichroic glass each piece is one-of- a-kind, so the 'made to order' item you will receive may be slightly different to the one shown here. However, it will be as close as possible and the overall chosen colour will be maintained.
Presentation
Each piece of jewellery comes in a jewellery box or presentation packaging.
Delivery
Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail special delivery (FREE P&P within Mainland UK). This service guarantees next day delivery, will require a signature and is insured against loss or damage.
Guarantee
While every effort is made to present each item on our website as accurately as possible, the item sent to you will be similar to those shown, the shape and colour will be as near as material variation allows. There may be slight variations which go to make an individual and unique piece.
We make every effort to make sure that each item sold is manufactured to the highest quality and that the goods reach you in perfect condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do operate a 7 day money back guarantee.
Please notify us by e-mail (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt so that we can give you a return number. The jewellery item must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us by recorded delivery (at customer expense) with all the original packaging material. We will then issue you with either a full refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else should you wish so. When refunding, the postage costs on the original order are not refunded.
Please note that for hygiene reasons this guarantee does not apply to earrings.
Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of goods (including earrings) arriving to you in a faulty or damaged condition you must notify us by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at our expense.
