Learn about studio safety; cutting and cleaning; glass compatibility; decoration and firing schedules. Take home something pretty and practical.

Using Bullseye art glass you will learn how to create texture; use metal mesh, foil and wire; decorate with frit, powder, stringer; include pre-made elements for decoration.
If you choose, the projects made on day 1 can be slumped into a mould of your choice on day 2.

Our studio is well equipped with tools and you will be guided through cutting, shaping, grinding, sandblasting and polishing.

The course will give you a good grounding in a number of techniques, it will be fun and informative, and you will have the opportunity of making coasters/test tiles of the techniques as a reminder. Your main project(s) will be the better for having experimented first.

This is the workshop for you if you wish to make several pieces or continue kiln formed glass as a hobby or business.
