All classes are now available as individual tuition or as a group booking for three or four people, at a
date to be arranged. Use the contact page to ask about a booking for you and your friends. If you would
like one-to-one tuition, we can tailor a package to suit - you do what you want, when you want!

Classes start at 10am and continue until approximately 5pm and are suitable for beginners/intermediates.

In visualisation techniques one is encouraged to use colour and light for benefit of health and mental well being, light affects and controls all primary functions including our growth and sleep patterns. Colour also affects our moods and mental state.

With this thought in mind, we encourage students to follow their mood and develop work to uplift the senses, giving value to their achievements and promoting confidence and self worth - as well as the techniques learnt we have a lot of fun too.
